Mike Nosan, who loves being in the field, directs new construction and tenant improvement projects in our Cleveland portfolio, drawing upon his wide network and expertise in the building trades. In his earlier career as a specialty goods buyer, Mike developed a talent for working on teams, with demanding clients, in a fast-paced environment, which serves him well in his current role. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his children, Mabel and Benny, and is both a musician and a lover of music. Mike holds a BA in communications from DePaul University.
