Kelly Smargiassi has been responsible for the day-to-day management of our portfolio of office and flex properties since 1991. Quick, exacting, and precise, she’s both a skilled problem solver and a trusted source of insight about all aspects of our current and potential projects. Kelly’s in charge of tenant relations, working hand in glove with vendors, maintenance personnel, and construction managers to assure that our tenants’ experience is second to none. A commissioned notary public, she also runs our office and performs all of Property Advisors’  financial accounting, including income, expense, and payroll, with an eye to conserving company resources. Kelly loves spending time with her family and reading by herself, preferably poolside.
