Brad Nosan has worked in commercial real estate since 2012 and has extensive experience in acquisition, development, and management. Starting as a broker, he shifted his focus to mixed-use redevelopment projects in Cleveland’s inner-ring neighborhoods. His work now focuses on developing Property Advisors’ ground-up multifamily projects and sourcing new investment opportunities. Brad has helped develop over $100 million in assets since joining the firm. He received a BA from DePaul University and an MA from Miami University, both in Geography. In his free time, Brad serves as the president of the Slovenian National Home and enjoys playing bocce at the Cleveland Bocce Club and curling at Mayfield Curling Club.
