As the on-site manager of our Cleveland portfolio, Eli Urban is the first line of response for all tenant requests. With formal training in the electrical trades and over a decade of experience in building and project management, he easily oversees more than 400,000 square feet of office and flex space, ensuring that our properties are well maintained and helping to coordinate tenant improvements. In his free time, Eli enjoys brewing craft beers with his father in-law that have won countless gold medals throughout Ohio.
