Mike Nosan is the on-site manager of Property Advisors’ holdings in Columbus, Ohio, where he oversees over 100,000 square feet of space. Mike, who loves being in the field, also directs new construction and tenant improvement projects in both our Columbus and Cleveland portfolios, drawing upon his wide network and expertise in the building trades. In his earlier career as a specialty goods buyer, Mike developed a talent for working on teams, with demanding clients, in a fast-paced environment, which serves him well in his current role. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his children, Mabel and Benny, and is both a musician and a lover of music. Mike holds a BA in communications from DePaul University.
