Opening in summer 2025, Beacon Landing is a 108-unit, garden-style project focused on serving the burgeoning 55+ community in Sunset Beach, North Carolina, one of the fastest-growing areas in the United States. Beacon Landing is pioneering a new way for seniors to age in place by offering an experience that combines the freedom of independent living with some of the key services provided by a full-service assisted living community. These include daily lunch, an on-site healthcare expert and case manager, a community room for activities and socializing, and transportation to local senior centers.
