About
Our very first office/warehouse development, Rockside Business Point was built in 1986 in Valley View, Ohio, which remains one of the best places to do business in the greater Cleveland area thanks to its central location, easy highway access, and generous economic incentives. Each tenant has continuous access to their space and to free, plentiful surface parking. The project—which has been rigorously maintained and is still going strong— comprises a total of 115,000 square feet in two buildings placed within a park-like setting.
