Rick Nosan, who founded Property Advisors in 1986, began his career as a pioneering developer of flex office/warehouse projects in suburban Cleveland, Ohio. Over the last four decades, he’s expanded and diversified our portfolio to include over one million square feet of multifamily, distribution, flex, industrial, office, and self-storage properties in Ohio, Indiana, and Massachusetts. Most recently, Rick’s three sons—Brad, Greg, and Mike—have joined the business, and together they’ve started a series of multifamily projects throughout Ohio and in coastal North Carolina. Rick’s ambition, curiosity, and deep knowledge of commercial real estate has enabled him to expand Property Advisors from a local firm to one with a national reach. A keen golfer, reader, and curler, he earned a BA in Psychology from Miami University.
